Bring Your Clubs
Bringing your clubs to a fitting session enables our fitters to establish a baseline for your current equipment's performance, thereby identifying areas for improvement in your new clubs. However, even if you arrive without your clubs, the fitting process can proceed effectively; although it won't be possible to quantify improvement over your existing clubs
Knock the Rust Off
During the off-season, it's important to maintain the consistency of your golf swing - this can be achieved by practicing at our all-weather range. Such preparation helps ensure that the swing analyzed at the fitting closely reflects your usual style, preventing you from being fitted for clubs based on an atypical swing that doesn't match your regular play.
Dress For Success
For your golf fitting session, wear clothes that you'd typically play in or those that are comfortable for optimal ease of movement. You'll be hitting off a high-quality mat, allowing for flexibility in footwear; whether you prefer athletic shoes or your favorite golf shoes, ensure they provide stability for your swing. If opting for golf shoes, please make sure the bottoms are clean.
Show Up On Time
To ensure a thorough fitting experience, appointments are allocated to provide each player ample time. Arriving late could compromise the quality of your session and potentially impact subsequent appointments. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for a warm-up, ensuring your fitting begins promptly at the scheduled time.
Set Goals & Objectives
Before your club fitting, define clear goals and objectives for what you're seeking in new clubs, such as achieving more or less height, increasing distance, tightening dispersion to reduce hooks or slices, or enhancing overall forgiveness. Setting goals helps tailor the fitting to improve your on-course performance and enjoyability of the game.
Be Prepared to Swing
Fittings typically run between 1-1.5 hours, during which you can expect to take 75-100 swings. To ensure your body is prepared for this activity, it's important to be well-rested; avoid lifting weights or excessive practice before your session. Arriving fresh will provide the best chance for an effective swing and optimal fitting results.
